Past a certain size the software stops being the hard part. These are added to any plan when an event needs them, and priced on the size of your door rather than a fixed tier.

Trained supervisors run the check-in counters, handle exceptions and troubleshoot on the spot, so your team can run the event.

For a flagship event the risk isn't the software — it's the first time anyone uses it. A named manager builds the event with you, briefs your staff, and stays on through launch.

Compliance work and custom builds are scoped and quoted as part of an Enterprise agreement, on top of whichever sections above you are buying.
Government, finance, healthcare and listed-company events usually arrive with a security review attached. We answer it directly rather than pointing at a help page.
Approval chains, membership tiers, quota rules and systems that already hold your attendee data. These are built as services on top of the platform.
Questions
Yes — that is why they are priced separately. Website and online registration are sold together as one plan; onsite check-in and badge printing is its own plan. Plenty of customers run only registration, and plenty use only our onsite check-in with a list from somewhere else.
No. EventNook charges 0% sales commission — you keep the ticket revenue, minus whatever your payment provider charges. Payments run through Stripe, PayPal, Omise or offline methods such as invoice and bank transfer.
Express includes registration credits for up to 1,000 attendees across the year, and you can host multiple events within that. If you expect more, we quote on your actual volume rather than pushing you to a fixed higher tier.
Yes. The onsite plans work with attendee lists from elsewhere — including Eventbrite, Luma or a spreadsheet. Bulk upload the list and run check-in and badge printing on the day.
Per add-on, on top of your plan. FlowAI, NookPass and Survey Form are separate products, each with its own section and each quoted per event on the size of the event. Contact CRM is annual; WhatsApp blast and invitation management are per event. Nothing is switched on — or billed — unless you ask for it.
No. Every plan can be run entirely by your own team. Equipment rental, onsite supervision and the client success team exist for events where you would rather not carry that risk internally.
For a straightforward event, registration can be live the same week. For a major event involving badge design, equipment, onsite staffing or an API integration, talk to us four to eight weeks out so there is time to test the whole flow.
